A booking is secured on payment of your deposit. We are sorry but deposits are non refundable. Minimum deposit £10 or 25% of your booking fee (whichever is greater).  A verbal agreement does not secure your booking although we will make every effort to honour your requests. Bookings require payment in advance of service.

Cancellations: of less than 72 hours most be paid in full.

Due to the nature of our personal service we may well have turned others away to accommodate your booking.
